  • Tonia Swanson Partner | Design Director

    A passion for creative design with functionality, Tonia brings over 20 years developing, designing, and producing a variety of print and digital collateral to Dovetail Design. She brings a unique perspective to marketing collateral, branding, newsletters, presentations, and RFP/proposal graphics. Often described as “the unicorn”, Tonia combines magic with a collaborative experience on all her projects.

    Tonia has learned to channel her inner creative and merge it with a serious obsession with crystals and stones. She’s crazy passionate about her crystals and all things spiritual and metaphysical. She’s also a recovering crazy cat lady and her favorite pastime is designing a new brand, surrounded by crystals and cats.

    Tonia is a member of the Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona and American Subcontractors Association.

  • Ampy McIntyre Partner | Marketing Director

    Ampy compliments Tonia’s creativity with marketing know how. With more than 20 years in the A/E/C industry, Ampy brings high level project and content management to Dovetail Design. An ambassador to our clients, Ampy is your Project Manager. Her management tactics and attention to detail provide our clients the confidence and comfort during a new website design, newsletter campaign, and large RFP/proposal pursuits. She is often responsible for executing strategic marketing plans for our clients in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

    Described as a “firecracker,” Ampy is a Chicago native and is not afraid to put her roots to the test when it comes to getting a job done.

    Ampy currently serves as Secretary of the Board for the Southwest Center for JOC Excellence Organization.

Darci VanCamp

Darci brings over 12 years and a unique blend of design, marketing and business development experience, as well as a knack for data and efficiency. She will ensure your marketing collateral and digital media are eye catching and on message.

Darci currently serves as the Communications Chair for the Central Arizona Society for Healthcare Engineering (CASHE) and Women in Healthcare (WIH) Phoenix Chapter.

Barbara Shuck, FSMPS, CPSM

Not only that – how are you supposed to know all the leading practices for strategy, messaging, persuasion, and readability?  Barbara Shuck, FSMPS, CPSM gets it. It IS a lot to think about, and you shouldn’t have to worry about it. It’s why she uses more than 25+ years of architectural/ engineering/construction (A/E/C) marketing expertise to help you focus on what you do best: delivering superior design and construction services to valuable clients.

Barbara helps clients with internal communication and initiatives, and external efforts that win work through compelling and persuasive content and messaging. She has a bachelor’s in Communication Arts and French, and a master’s in International Business, (marketing emphasis), along with expertise in marketing research, planning, business development, proposals, promotions, and management. She is a Past President of SMPS, Fellow and Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), and is a Trustee for the SMPS Foundation.
